Very very disappointing service. Super poor cleaners.
The owner was incredibly rude when I called to discuss my concerns—definitely not a business that values its customers.
Terrible experience from start to finish! The cleaners were rushed and sloppy, missing obvious spots during the home cleaning. The worst part was dealing with the rude and unhelpful owner, who had no interest in fixing the issue.
I tried booking a home cleaning, but it was nearly impossible to get a response. After several attempts, I finally got through, only to be met with rude and unprofessional service. If they’re too busy to take on new clients, they should at least communicate better instead of ignoring calls.
We hired My AZ Cleaning Company to clean our house, and they did a phenomenal job! The team was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough, leaving every corner spotless. Highly recommend them for top-quality commercial cleaning services!
