I gotta be honest, I dropped my vehicle off to have the coolant flushed and an oil change. I was told that they would let me know if there was anything else the van needed. Several hours later I got a text message saying my van was done and ready to go, so I caught an Uber back to your company. It was only after I arrived back there and was paying that I was told that the technician found a couple other things that should’ve been done.
