Great people and amazing customer service.
Came here to pick up the parts my mechanic ordered. They say 2 pm. We came in at 1:30 and told wait 15 mins. Their guy told us that he said 2:30. No accountability and other customers were pissed as well for waiting too long!!!!!
They are expensive and I'm not sure they are selling what they say they are maybe a little bit of box changing going on
I ordered mirror on Saturday evening and called and emailed on Sunday morning, to cancel the order. Called Monday morning to confirm and a lady answered and Shawn interrupted and he seemed upset and wanted to change me a $75 .00 restocking fee. So I called back and talked to Richard and he said I 24 to 48 hours to cancel, but when he I got my information he said the mirror had already been shipped but I think he was lying and they was supposed to send me a pic for approval before charging my card.
