Hi. I thoroughly recommend the professional work of Raji in showing me a new hearing world after a lifetime of hearing issues since childhood. She took the time to listen to my story, test my hearing without judgement. I was able to use a loan pair of hearing aids. There was no pressure to buy and was left to me to choose the model I am now wearing. My work and homelife has changed dramatically. Her back up service is amazing. So glad I took the step into a new world.
