Family run business, the kid Garret Walker is extremely unprofessional not one time during my rental application did Garrett Walker answer the phone he simply texted with hours and or days between texts or emails. I’m a local home inspector and now see why this company has such a low rating. Whether you are renting your property or looking to rent I strongly caution against this company. Mr. Walker did a great job of helping us sell our home. His team did a great job at managing the property for years.
We’ve been working with Ardor Realty for over 10 years (selling one home, buying another) and Mr. Walker has orchestrated both transactions stress free, simplifying the process for us. He insists on knowing us personably, meticulously noting our taste… which saves both parties time, unlike others we have utilized in the past.
