I had rubaroc installed around my outdoor pool, was told it would last 10-15 years, after 1 1/2 years it started flaking off and plugging my pool filters, then I found bigger chunks coming off the concrete 2-6 inches pieces, I reached out to the owner and he promised to come take a look at it, but never did, then kept saying he will take care of it and fix it when I call, but still to this day I have not had the problem fixed and he won’t show up…. Our pool is the LAST thing I want to deal with while juggling my busy schedule however, the staff and Dan were incredibly helpful on SEVERAL occasions. They have helped revive our pool from the depths of you know where caused by the previous home owners. It has been a 'not so fun' process but these guys keep helping us through.
