I wanted to like this repair service but the repair person installed a dishwasher part and did not put everything back correctly and now I have a vibrating inlet hose that did not do that before the installation. They will not come back out to check that it was installed correctly w/o spending more $$. Steer clear! You get what you pay for and less with this place-

Posting a negative review for any company is new for me but this company was something else. I called My Appliance Service when my wine fridge lost power. They arranged for a technician to come out the next day. The technician showed up and looked at the fridge for 1-2 minutes. He was at our home for approx 5 minutes and said he needed to get the part and we would receive an estimate. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT USE THEM. They sent a technician out to my house who told us we had to write him a personal check (out to him, not the company) and then he never ordered the part, “forgot” to leave the invoice, and took over $700. I’ve called the company multiple times to report this and they kept saying they would look into this and call me back but they never call back.
