Had my first service call today. Chris was prompt; called ahead of time and onsite had a great demeanor and appeared very knowledgeable. A part has to be ordered for the refrigerator compressor, so I'll know more when the refrigerator starts working again. So far so good. I learned about them through the Home Warranty Company that we've carried on this house for 25+ years.

What a horrible company! Our Home Warranty company sent this extremely lackadaisical company for the third time to fix a simple problem. They have no sense of ownership, timing nor responsibility. They blame the Home warranty company for shipping the wrong part when they can’t even read simple instructions. Unprofessional use of words and lack of basic decorum

My home warranty referred me to this lousy company. They mess up time/schedules, date and literally told me that i lied when they missed their appointment date. This company needs to be banned from AHS and working. Very Very Unprofessional

Pretty upsetting customer service here. I was only referred to this company because of my home warranty and strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them. I was given a time between three and seven and the gentleman called to let me know he was on his way at 4:05pm. I left work early and told him I was on my way but he refused to wait for me even though he was still about 10 minutes out. The gentleman said I was his last stop of the day and I can call and reschedule someone out later that evening. When I did call ... read more

This company was sent by my home warranty company for a built in microwave repair. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and my microwave has worked like new since their repair. Unlike other companies, they only charged the home warranty company for the repairs they made (which I witnessed). I would highly recommend them and will ask for them if needed in the future.
