Been trying to retrieve an item that was inadvertently packed away for 3 weeks now. I've called at least 10 x now and left several messages with NO call backs. (I had to keep calling back to get a live person). The receptionist just yelled at me and told me it wasn't her problem and that SOMEONE would get back to me! :( She constantly talked over me and would not let me ask any questions. I will never use this company if ever I move in the near future. The movers themselves were nice, but not her.
Started great, ended bad. Our boxes were beat up, our bikes got damaged and customer service just handed us off to a 3rd party claims site. Pretty disappointing for the amount of money we spent.
If you have been used to renting a truck and moving yourself drafting family and friends, forget about it. Never again. Spoil yourself, use a service. This company was punctual, polite, and I didn't have to lift a finger. No surprises, which was surprising! A+ grade for satisfaction.
I've used this company 5 times now and am still a fan. The customer service is really great and they are beyond reasonable with pricing.
