My daughter and I took a lesson and had plenty of time to enjoy the lake with the skills that we learned. I can't wait to take out of town guests on a lake adventure - my aloha is an incredible asset to the Lake Norman/Cornelius area.
So much fun! Blanca was so patient and encouraging. It was pretty windy out so she gaged our comfort levels and we proceeded to take on the wind with her hell. I cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much!

Group lesson today. Blanca, Becca and Mitch- our instructors were awesome. The conditions were not the best - windy and the water was a little rough. We all had a great time and will definitely be back.
My husband and I had a GREAT time! Blanca was our instructor and she was welcoming, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. If you're a newbie, or even looking for some SUP yoga or fitness, I highly recommend My Aloha. Thank you for a fun morning!
I've rented a paddleboard and I've done paddleboard yoga. On both occasions I've been 100% satisfied with my experience. The boards are a nice quality and not plastic, the staff are each generous, curious and helpful, and the price was just right. I most recently did paddleboard yoga and I had a great time, the instructor Susan was easy going, understanding and helpful either explaining the pose or helping us modify it to be easier or harder. Attended an intro to stand-up paddleboard class today with my niece. It was a bit challenging for me but I still had a great time. Addison and Mark were really nice and supportive. Definitely got our money's worth with nearly the entire time in the water. Highly recommend!
