had service my 2 split types aircon with them. Wanted a distinct smell to be fix, smell like molds. The service guy did ask for additional $100 each to sanitise each on top of the $340 for both units. And mind you its not included the outside inverter, only the indoor was cleaned as aircon is split type. The job was done for like less than an hour. felt like a rushed job. Worst experience! called these guys to come out to fix a leak. All they did was take my air con apart broke the screws off blew in the tube apparently that helps unblock it. Charged me more because they had to take it apart like I thought that's what you would have to do to see what's causing the leak. Anyways after 30mins of rattling my aircon around they said it was done and fixed but wait 2 hours before using it. Waited 3 hours just to be safe before i turned it on. These novice come into my house with a spray bottle and filthy cloth. Broke my vent, wanted me to get a screw to fix it . Let my dogs out, left dirt all over my decking where they cleaned my vents. Got in my roof, didn't walk on beams walked on jiprock now my roof is caving . DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ITS DISGUSTING.... My fault for looking at Facebook reviews where they can delete
