We first met Gail in October 2024 when my husband was exploring jobs in the area and we flew out for a visit. Gail spent a weekend day giving us a great tour, not only showing homes that would work for our family as far as location, but while also nailing our style perfectly. I don't normally do reviews but Gail deserves a 5 -star rating for her efforts to sell my land in Laceola. My experience was great especially when compared to listing the property with other agents. Gail actively marketed the lot, she worked with a builder to provide sample pictures of a house on the lot to help buyers visualize and saved me thousands by finding a PERT study that had been filed with the county and I didn't have. We loved working with Gail! She helped us with our first home purchase and was thorough and patient throughout the entire process. We were moving from out of state, and Gail was very accommodating with virtual tours. She was also extremely responsive with any questions we had (and we had many, many questions). Highly recommend working with Gail, and we will definitely be working with her again if we get the chance!

During the Fall of 2025 we were looking to downsize our home with some very specific requests.
