I was recommended this dentist by a work colleague but have to say how disappointing my experience has been. Whilst they are friendly, my procedure to have a tooth filling done at the time seemed very professional but within 6 months half of my filling fell out so again i made another appointment to have the same tooth filled again and was charged a second time for the same tooth which i thought was quite rude, needless to say that I’ve had several fillings over the years and never ever had one fall out. Very good experience, my teeth were cleaned professionally
The experience I had was brilliant. We are Victorians travelling around the western half. I had an issue with a cracked tooth. The team was able to fit me in on the day, diagnosed and extracted the tooth. Very gentle dentistry ensured I was comfortable throughout. I was given detailed after treatment instructions and told to call the clinic with any concerns. My gap payment was very reasonable.
I really recommend this dentist, the staff are very helpful and got my teeth removed on the same day at a affordable price. Thank you guys so much.
