Fast, effective and straight to the point. I was pleased with services provided as they were able to provide a diagnosis and a step by step plan within the first session
Dr Hiran was very empathic and helpful throughout my treatment
Thorough diagnosis with all initial annd follow up appointments using the full allocated time. Doctor is easy to talk to. (Dr Hook) I thought the pricing was fair compared to other clinics. Small Medicare rebate on all appointments.
I'm really greatful for the support I have recieved and the medications chosen for me. Eileen has been really amazing and I would recommend her to others. I'm giving four stars as it is quite expensive. It's a premium service compared to the new offer of GPs. It's also quite a long wait for appointments. If I wanted to suddenly make changes to my dose, I feel I would have difficulties.
