This man came on time, was courteous and respectful, and fixed my a/c in 30 minutes for a very reasonable fee. Having spent over 40 years in a service occupation I really appreciate a business that knows how to treat customers!

1/8/25, my tenant called me around 6:00 pm, because AC had no hot air. I sent message to Mr. Li about the issue, he arrived around 7:00 pm and fixed problem before 9:00 pm. Very good service.
