Awesome furniture quality I bought a sofa and it looks so classy.Looks exactly same as picture.
I have to give them 1 star cause I have no choice. This company should be shut down. After waiting for 17 weeks which was only supposed to take 5-8 weeks, not only did they send me chairs that did NOT look what they advertised online, but it was damaged and they don't want to take responsibility. ZERO customer service This company makes easy money on the side just from ripping their customers off. DO NOT BUY from this company. They are fraud!
Fraudulent company. sent wrong item as advertised and won't take responsibility in this for a proper return now. Needs to be shut down as a company. Terrible customer service, and total denial in their mistake. Takes your money and does not deliver on the correct item as agreed to purchase. Should be returning my item as again, sent something completely fake and different than agreed to at purchase. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!! Stop them doing business.
Hi there … well, the table top arrived as planned on December 26. We got our go-to handyman to affix the top to the base and voila … the beautiful table we ordered last April! Gotta love the pandemic for teaching us patience! I’ve included a picture of it in our home. I can’t thank you enough for persevering with this much more complicated order than any of us could have predicted! Awesome furniture and great quality worth waiting.just its delay because of pandemic that is totally understood.They are keep informing us so that should not a problem.Very nice customer service.
Don’t buy from these people! Their Covid shipping said it was 8 to 12 weeks which I was willing to accept. However, after the 12th week I would email them every day and they kept telling me that it would be there within the week. Finally I canceled it and said I don’t want it. Then they insisted on shipping it to me and when I refused The shipment they said that they charge 60% for refusal of shipments and only refunded me 40% of my purchase price! Terrible customer service!
