I’ve owned my current home in Broward for the last 3 years. I’ve done some small jobs as well as some larger jobs with other companies/ contractors and have had some pretty bad experiences to say the least. I contacted MXL for help with rust from metal corner beads all around my house. MXL was very professional. They arrived at my house exactly when they said and did a quick estimate and fair price. For the work they also arrived each day on schedule, and kept everything very clean as they worked. They rebuilt much of the stucco like artists, exactly matching the design. They helped with other small issues on my home for no extra charge. The crew was very pleasant to work with. 100% recommend. Some before and after pics.
After an unfortunate experience of my tree trimmer dropping a heavy branch onto my outside water spigot, the pipe broke on the inside portion of the wall and required a visit from the emergency plumber. In order to get to the pipes, the plumber had to sledgehammer the wall. Since the plumber does not do wall work I found a reputable company to come out and provide an estimate.
