I would not hesitate to call MXL again should I need any stucco work. I have a 40 year old coquina home with delaminating of my exterior walls. Marco came out quickly, gave me a fair quote and was ready to start within a week. His crew was skilled and very respectful. The new coquina is so close to the old, once painted you will not be able to notice the difference! The house looks great and I feel like I have a new house. Thanks guys!!
Great work stucco was cracked looking horrible made a call next day Michael came to my house gave me a great quote. Marco and the MXL team did an awesome job to repair the damaged stucco on the side of my house! Marco explained the entire process, including providing a detailed cost estimate and walked me through the entire repair from start to finish. When some water damage was discovered in hiding, Marco and team notified me right away, adapted quickly and took care of that at a very reasonable cost. I couldn’t be happier with the results and how quickly the MXL team was able to take care of my house!
Michael at MXL repaired two places on my home where improperly installed roof flashing kickouts allowed water to get behind the Stucco. His crew tore out all the damaged material and replaced it with new. The repair they did including the stucco work was great. Michael answered any and all questions promptly. He was out on the job or communicated with me everyday. Michael and his crew did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs stucco repair or to install new stucco on your home.
