3+ year member, 5-6 days a week, so I've been here for a bit. Best gym in the zipcode, hands down. New machines every couple of months, place is constantly being updated to meet the members' needs. 24 hour access, with the ease of using an app to scan in. Owner and Manager take the security of that super seriously, which is awesome. Place is crazy clean. Been a member for 3 years now as it’s the only place that has hours for my schedule. 24/7 is nice but that’s kinda all it’s got going for it. Place is always dirty, and instead of hiring a cleaner they just put up more passive aggressive signs. For the price you would expect more/ newer equipment and a professional cleaner for the facility.
I worked out here for a month while I was in town. The gym had various equipment, but they seemed to have one of everything which made the gym feel crowded even when there weren’t many people there. Weight machines were limited, there were only 2 benches in the free weight area, and some of the dumbbells need to be replaced (broken rubber, etc). I had a great experience at this gym! It has everything you need to have a great workout including pieces of equipment that can be hard to find in some gyms like; a landmine, trap bar, a variety of bands, and TRX. It was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and gym members were wiping down equipment as they used it. I highly recommend QCA, and I will be back while I’m in town.
Went to Maine for a week and found this gym, the atmosphere was great and all the equipment worked nicely, 10/10 would recommend
