GO SUPPORT MX SUSHI BAR After a HUGE hiccup by DoorDash (🫵🏻 you know who you are Marquichia), I called my order BACK into MX Sushi explaining the whole situation, the stress of dealing with customer service etc, and went myself to pick it up. The seaweed salad is very good. I also ordered shrimp tempura roll, thinking it would be the same as everywhere else. No, it’s about 70% imitation crab! A tiny bit of rice and seaweed on top, two tempura shrimp, and the rest shredded crab stick. So gross. Just look at the photo. That’s what I get for trying mall sushi, I guess.
Really hate leaving bad reviews but for anyone who’s looking for real sushi this just ain’t it :( rolls are $13, which is normal, and they’re thick rolls, but it’s basically all imitation crab and not even wrapped in nori and rice so the pieces fall apart.
Ordered 7 rolls for a young lady’s graduation recognition at our church. The gentleman came in early and had it ready to go at the promised time on Sunday morning. The esthetic presentation was fantastic, only to be topped by the taste of the sushi! Definitely will be visiting again!
