What you should know is Raj is calm, laid back, easy to work with, and was reassuring when we ran into bumps during the buying process. He's not salesman. He's a down to earth guy that sells vehicles. When it came time for payment, he asked my credit union if there was anything unusual or special I would need to do when going for registration. Great experience all the way around ..raj held vehicle without a deposit for me drove 7 hours to purchase and test drive ..first test drive had issue with heat raj promptly took care of issue with new thermostat ended up test driving 3 separate time to make sure issue was resolved before the 7 hour drive home which was uneventful..got the meet his father and son the family seems like honest straight forward people and I couldnt have ask for better sale and service
