While the team is responsive by email, they are regularly late for scheduled appointments. Twice they arrived at our home over an hour past the scheduled visit. This can create issues if waiting for the team to arrive before work or other scheduled events. Customer service was not helpful in these situations and didn't provide any notice ahead of the delays.

Emily was very helpful and knowledgeable about the selection. We described what we were looking for and she took us right to the best choices that would work for us. Would highly recommend!

Everyone at MX Granite & Quartz was great! We had a client who was ready to move in, and he had no countertops on his kitchen cabinets or bathroom vanities. I reached out to Kristen at MX for a turnaround time, she scheduled the template appointment within 2 days and the countertops were installed the following week! Everyone we had contact with was polite, friendly, and willing to answer any questions we had. We will definitely use MX Granite & Quartz for any upcoming jobs that we need countertops for.

Very great experience throughout every process, from the great communication from Kristen, best pricing around, to the professional and friendly service from their installers and template people. Very happy with my new kitchen counters and backsplash. Would highly recommend.
