Im brand new to Socorro and recently experienced some issues with my pretty new vehicle. I was apprehensive to drive it all the way back to Albuquerque/dealership, so I started asking around. MX Automotive kept coming up as the recommended choice due to their fair, honest and effective practices. Truck limped into their shop while driving through town. Owner was friendly. Mechanic was doing diagnosis within 10 minutes (bad news, completely destroyed innards on my transfer case). Tried sourcing one locally, then statewide, then nationwide to no avail… they successfully removed my 4x4 driveline so I could limp back home to Albuquerque in a very timely fashion… super reasonable price, quick, nice owner and mechanics. Have taken my vehicle here twice in the past month. Once for routine oil change and once for a tire repair for a nail. Getting a vehicle serviced is usually a pain, but Hannah and her mechanics are professional and quick. Great prices and customer service!
So grateful to Hanna, Payton, and Jeanie. They came to the rescue when we broke down off I-25. Got the problem diagnosed, got me connected to auto suppliers they trusted, and let me keep the vehicle there for a few days until we could go back and pick it up. Extremely friendly and helpful during a very hectic and unexpected breakdown. Highly recommended!
Incompetent and uncommunicative. Don't waste your time like they will. They knew the car I was bringing. Liars trying to weasel out of their poor service.
