They got me in on the day I called, lovely, friendly staff and Doctor Jason and his s assistant were wonderful, calm and reassuring whilst I had a tooth pulled. As a person with a lifelong fear of dentists, this experience rates as.... terrific! 👍💗💐
I took my 3 year old daughter here for her first appointment. She doesn’t warm to people easy however Michael made such an effort to make it super fun and enjoyable for her. The whole team were so lovely. You can see the care they put into making it a great experience for kids. She had the best time and asked when we can go back! My husband also goes here and has had a lot of dental work done. He’s been so happy with the care. Thank you so much Michael and team!
It’s the best dental surgery I’ve ever known but also probably the best of any business I’ve had dealings with. They’re all so friendly and competent. Really good people. Today Jason rebuilt my snapped front tooth like wizardry. It’s like it never happened. Everyone I’ve shown asked me which one was the broken one. Very grateful. My kids love Micheal. It’s not often that kids are fond of the dentist
The absolute best! The genuine empathy has a real power. My daughter has gone from a nervous wreck, completely consumed with anxiety, to dancing and playing around so much in reception, I have tell her to calm her excitement. Detailed explanations to myself and the ability to explain verbally and visually to the kids is outstanding. Totally removes any fear. The time is taken to ensure it.
