So I don’t normally do this, but oml…I’ve been to the skills center in San Diego, in NAS Jax and now this one and this by by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The staff was rude from the moment we walked in. Gave off a “power trip” kind of feel. Like snobby and rude. Then refused to allow me to work on my vehicle because the person I was with wasn’t military. Keep in mind I’m active duty with my CAC. Tol then I won’t allow my friend to work on the vehicle, touch the tools etc and that I (the active duty member) will be do... read more
The staff is very helpful, especially Dave. He's a really good person. He's mechanic, but he will always try he best to assist and finding diagram to help
I had a great experience at the hobby shop Took my daughters Kia in to do front bearing replacement They helped me and several others with patience and understanding of us not being mechanics helped me attain tools I needed and assistance was way beyond what I was expecting sorry other people have had issues Hopefully they come back and have a better experience

Love this place! They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in doing maintenance. The staff here are super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for assistance.
