Highly recommend this garage for fast and easy efficient MOT and brake pads. It was recommended by Hassan from bodywork. Fahim is friendly and explains everything in detail. My worn brake pads were shown to me.
I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. I initially brought my car in to have the bumper tightened and was charged £220, which I was fully prepared to pay. However, after driving on the motorway, I began hearing a loud noise coming from the passenger-side wheel. Upon inspection, I discovered that the workshop had refitted the bumper without reconnecting the wheel arch liner. As a result, the arch came loose, was damaged, and caused damage to my tyre as well. I drove all the way from Hornchurch to MWorks MOT & Repairs! I’ve had several issues with my Mercedes A180 and poor service from other garages over the years. I booked in with MWorks Garage for Friday, and all parts were ordered before my appointment. I arrived at 11 o’clock, and the staff drove my car in and started work straight away.
