We live in townhomes and our neighbor's house completed burned down and caused about 10k in damages to our house. MWM was a mess throughout the whole 2 month renovation process. They were a headache until the last day. Their project coordinator couldn't get the dates and times right so we never knew what or when things were happening. They would pop up at our home last minute for unscheduled repairs.
