We decided on MWI after a referral from a friend. Our home experienced substantial damage as a result of ice built up from the winter. Gary quoted us and sold us on their metal shingles which is not something we had considered. The installers were wonderful. The install is clean, they made us aware and rectified a couple small issues and the work area was tidy. They were also polite and respectful to my wife and kids. Excellent quality workmanship, customer service and product.
MWI did an amazing job on our cottage roof. From the first meeting I could tell they really knew their stuff and cared about getting it right. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and kept everything super clean around the property. The new metal roof looks incredible! The initial work was fine, they put a metal roof on our cottage. But a bit of the roof popped up in less than a year of being new, and I tried for two years to get them to come back and repair it. They never returned my call. I think two stars is a generous review.
I highly recommend MWI to anyone looking for a quality metal roof. Their sales rep for the Kawartha Lakes (Matt) made sure I received such a great deal. The installers came out just 4 weeks after I called and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much to the team for doing an amazing job!!!
