I highly recommend MWI to anyone looking for a quality metal roof. Their sales rep for the Kawartha Lakes (Matt) made sure I received such a great deal. The installers came out just 4 weeks after I called and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much to the team for doing an amazing job!!!
Thank you Gary for all your help from start to finish with our project. The service was excellent with everyone we dealt with at MWI, from the office staff to the owner and the installers, I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his crew who installed our roof. MWI has a wonderful product !
We had MWI install a roof on our new cottage. This winter we had an ice dam and leaking. MWI offered no support, told us it was a ventilation issue. They never inspected the roof or checked the ventilation. Steve, a project manager showed up without a ladder. Just looked from 30' away and made a quick judgement. We had it inspected by an outside company. We have great ventilation, the leaking was from poor workmanship. MWI is refusing to take responsibility. Useless company, do not use them for anything.
