I will not say that I hated the place. I just find their system and way treating clients outdated and unprofessional. It is alright when you are paying, but when it comes to making a claim you have to jump through hoops to do so. In most instances, you have to pay upfront and then claim. It is my view that you should be able to present your card, pay your deductible, and be on your way.
