Only by appointment with if broker ask you they unload you early don’t believe. They don’t care about the drivers time
Terrible service. Arrived at 740 for 800 appt and checked in. Sat for 45 minutes and 3 trucks that pulled up after 800 were given docks to go to as soon as they gave her the paperwork . I went back to receiving door and was told I wasn’t checked in even though they already had my paperwork. Lady said she would text me when a dock is available.
Patty has very poor customer service. She is a very miserable person.
