Hi Mark and crew, we have a paid contract with you, the AC you just installed is not working, it ws almost 90 degrees yesterday and we can't seem to get the hold of you. Are you still in business??
Had mass save come in to do a bunch of work to my place just to get a heat pump installed. Had to repaint the place after. Had some family events happen so i couldn’t get the heat pump installed last year. This year we set a date to get the pump installed only for it to be cancelled completely. I’m happy he called to tell me he couldn’t do it. Even offered to give me some recommendations (never sent to me). I just can’t leave a five star after this.
Great working experience with the MWD Team, from the early planning to installation/ start-up. The crew was very professional and responsive when I had questions. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
