Dr Kazadi is a great doctor but unfortunately her front office staff is very unprofessional . I ran into an issue with our Certificate of Birth due to it was not signed by the deliver Doctor( Dr. Kazadi). I called ahead this morning to see if Dr Kazadi was in due to I needed her to sign the Certificate of Birth. This is not an official document but it’s enough to submit to my employer so our newborn will not be dropped from my employers insurance plan.
