I paid 3500.00 for tires I had to wait on 3 weeks and want my money back but it's going to take 200 days and I paid with them with my medical card and since I have to wait 200 days for them to give me back my money I want all of it instead of 30 percent I agreed to period and the owner looked them up on eBay for 1500.00 but he charged me 3500.00 with shipping cost and fees with a confirmation number I never received but it's waiting on me at the fed e warehouse.
Omar is the best took care of all my problems I’m very satisfied with the service
My car’s brakes were squeaking constantly and it’s only 2 years old. Because it’s a luxury car I thought I’d be charged a lot of money of course. To my surprise Omar and his staff related that the breaks were dirty but working properly. They cleaned my breaks and didn’t upsell me anything I didn’t need. They also ran a diagnostic test on my car and found out I had multiple error codes that my car didn’t even tell me about. I paid $41 for a repair that didn't work. Since the tire was low again just hours later, I expected them to honor their work and fix it at no additional cost, but they said they will change again. I ended up going to a different place where they did fixed it for 25.
I'm very happy to give MW Tire a 5 star review after the recent experiences I had working with Omar and his team. I recently purchased an older car that needed quite a bit of work to make it safe and reliable. My first stop was another shop down the street that dramatically overcharged me for shoddy work.
