10/10 – Highly recommend! Our furnace went out less than 48 hours before Christmas, which was incredibly stressful. After our rental company submitted a work order, Michael with MW was at our door in under two hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the part fixed in no time. Extremely quick, responsive, and easy to get ahold of. Especially during the winter and 2 days before Christmas.
There’s nothing better than getting help when you need it—especially when you least expect it. After finally getting our AC installed by a local company, we ran into quite a few unexpected issues. It was frustrating, to say the least. But thankfully, Mike stepped in and saved the day. He showed up, assessed the situation, tested different settings, and worked diligently to get the air circulating throughout our entire home. Can't seem to show up on time, poor communication skills. He said my unit needed a new capacitor, he replaced it. Lasted 3 days. called another company. That tech said the capacitor was not a new one. Michael is dishonest, can not be trusted

MW Heating and Cooling came and serviced us today after our furnace stopped working yesterday. It was freezing in our house and they came out with little notice on a Saturday!. Fixed the problem quickly. Thankful for them. Would definitely recommend
