Can't seem to show up on time, poor communication skills. He said my unit needed a new capacitor, he replaced it. Lasted 3 days. called another company. That tech said the capacitor was not a new one. Michael is dishonest, can not be trusted

MW Heating and Cooling came and serviced us today after our furnace stopped working yesterday. It was freezing in our house and they came out with little notice on a Saturday!. Fixed the problem quickly. Thankful for them. Would definitely recommend
