I received a call from this company via Home Advisor. My appointment was made on Aug. 14th for Mon. Aug. 26th at 2:00 pm. He was a "NO CALL & NO SHOW." I called his office, left a message, but never received a return call. This is truly not the way to impress a "first time customer." This rating system should added "negative" stars as well.
