I came after complications from a surgery. I was scared and overwhelmed. The entire staff from the front desk, all of the nurses, and Dr. Gilbert gave me incredible support, kindness, and reassurance. I knew that whatever happened they were going to be there to support the recovery. I am thrilled to have graduated wound care today but I will truly miss these amazing people. This place is crazy expensive. If your insurance doesn't cover it, they charge a minimum of $500 per session, and insist that you come five days a week. I have used medical grade, hyperbaric therapy in another the city and the cost was $300, and I could schedule once a week or as needed. Way to make this valuable treatment out of reach for the average person when their insurance won't cover it.
I read reviews and I had high hopes for this place and it exceeded every expectation I had! I had a large wound that was not healing and it was scaring me. They put all of my worries to rest! The front desk ladies(I've only seen ladies, sorry if there is a male) are so personable and welcoming. Dr Gilbert was kind and knowledgeable, he made me feel like this was no big deal and we'd have it worked out soon. I love everyone at this office. Dr. Gilbert is such a healer and a saint. They are helping me with multiple issues and I hope to be released soon. They have all been so kind and I have never had a problem with having to wait for any of my appointments!
The team of people working at the Cockeysville location are top tier! This includes the entire staff they are so caring, genuine and accommodating. I could not asked for a better experience during my therapy. Thank you Joe, Hailey, Misty, Dr. Gilbert and Dragana you guys are amazing!
