Great office. Staff is fabulous! Very easy to make appointments. Easy check-in. Dr. Charles is wonderful.
Dr. Russo is fantastic!!! I went to another Podiatrist years ago on Deerco Rd. and he tried to sell me everything under the sun and got mad when I didn't buy anything. Dr. Russo is just the opposite. It was such a pleasant experience (minus the Cortisone shot but it was soooo needed after 4 years of pain. I am a wimp!). He showed me how to buy a proper shoe and exercises for my condition. Thank you Dr. Russo!!!
I paid in full for my custom orthotics. I received a bill a few weeks later for $100 because it was coded wrong. When I called to have them correct the issue, they realized had not submitted my order yet. Two months after paying in full, I still do not have my orthotics and have no idea how long it will take so I have to cancel my order and start elsewhere with another podiatrist whose office is hopefully more organized. We’ll see how long it takes to get my refund now….
