I paid in full for my custom orthotics. I received a bill a few weeks later for $100 because it was coded wrong. When I called to have them correct the issue, they realized had not submitted my order yet. Two months after paying in full, I still do not have my orthotics and have no idea how long it will take so I have to cancel my order and start elsewhere with another podiatrist whose office is hopefully more organized. We’ll see how long it takes to get my refund now….

My husband had a 9am appointment and at 9:30 we were still sitting in the room with this horrible music waiting for Dr. Hahn. That is very unprofessional and just plain rude. Along with the rude staff from front desk to the assistant that goes over your information when you first come on the room. It has to be a better foot doctor in Northern Baltimore County.
Let me just start by saying Dr. Hahn is amazing. I am just disappointed by the customer service the center has. The receptionists are not nice at all from the phone call to the front Desk. I called to schedule my first appointment in November and I had to gag up the call in the process of giving my information. The lady on the phone was so rude.
