Going to MVPT was an amazing experience! Not only did they help me build strength, but they also helped me understand why my body wasn’t functioning at its best and explained the science behind movement. The team made sure everyone received individual attention and dedicated time with a therapist. The environment was very welcoming, and Zach was especially knowledgeable and great at his job. I learned so much and would definitely recommend MVPT to anyone looking to improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being!
