I got a massage from Lauren on Sunday. She is an amazing massage therapist. I used to do massage for 20 years and I can’t think of anyone I would rather have do my massage than Lauren. She knows exactly how much pressure to use. She knows how to move the body to help it relax. I highly, HIGHLY recommend that you go see Lauren for YOUR massage.

I am in my third week working with my trainer, Emma at MVP. She is absolutely wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. I tell her exactly where I want strength and she develops a plan for me. I had my first massage with Liz Glenn who was equally professional and have already booked my second massage. You should check this gym out. Clean, welcoming and knowledgeable. All the good things you want in a gym.

I had the most amazing massage with Mariah today. It was relaxing and just what my soul needed. My massage was completely catered to what my body was asking for and Mariah listened, heard and delivered with grace and a kind energy. Mariah used aromatherapy and the pressure was spot on. It was clean, inviting, warm and welcoming. Thank you Mariah for an AMAZING experience.
