This is a MASSAGE. This is not what you get at a chain massage place, it is so much better. Lauren really listens to your body and does what your body needs. It is not always relaxing, but I always feel so much better afterwards. This massage Therapy and Bodywork and it is a game changer!

I’ve been coming to Lauren, i think well over a year now, since her old spot and had to follow her over to MVP. Her transition to MVP has been cool to watch from the sidelines, seems like she really was able to hone in on her practice and make it her own at MVP. I never thought i’d say I have a massage therapist, but I have a massage therapist and won’t be going to anyone else. She incorporates hot stones, hot towels, and stretching into the massage. If your looking for a massage that incorporates stretching, Lauren is your LMT. I walked out feeling loose and relaxed. She found muscles that needed to be worked on that I had forgot to mention. Her work, knowledge, and intuition will leave you feelings fantastic!

I got a massage from Lauren on Sunday. She is an amazing massage therapist. I used to do massage for 20 years and I can’t think of anyone I would rather have do my massage than Lauren. She knows exactly how much pressure to use. She knows how to move the body to help it relax. I highly, HIGHLY recommend that you go see Lauren for YOUR massage.

I am in my third week working with my trainer, Emma at MVP. She is absolutely wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. I tell her exactly where I want strength and she develops a plan for me. I had my first massage with Liz Glenn who was equally professional and have already booked my second massage. You should check this gym out. Clean, welcoming and knowledgeable. All the good things you want in a gym.
