My name is Philip Ragland, and I am one of the owners of MVP Heat & Air. When I was growing up I was always around the construction trades. I decided to join the United States Marine Corp and spent almost 5 years there working on the Deceptive Electronic Countermeasure systems on F-18 fighter jets and Harrier Jump Jets.
