I don't know if I have ever left a review before, but MVP has truly earned it. I could not recommend it any less. Truly a disgusting company. Deciding to go with MVP was genuinely one of the worst mistakes I have ever made.

Worst customer service ever. MVP thinks it’s urgent to call me three times in one morning for an “onboarding”. I’ve returned the call twice only to be told that MVP did not call me (and the unfriendly, anti-helpful representative proceeded to disconnect the call. The second time, I couldn’t be found in the system. Shameful and thumbs down for MVP.
I wish I could give MVP Health Care less than 1 star. My wife has been battling to get a pre-authorization to have a surgical biopsy done, and after 3 days and multiple phone calls they told her that she was approved and that they were finalizing things, only to find out the very next day that she had been denied because they "accidentally" put it in as a claim as opposed to a pre-authorization.
