Without any notice to us, MVP Health Plan quietly requested the disenrollment of my elderly mother with dementia from her Medicaid managed care plan. No phone call. No letter. No warning. We only found out when she was turned away at her neurologist’s office because her insurance had been quietly canceled. Horrible I’m receiving many denial letters.
I wish I could give MVP 0 stars. They denied my disabled brother of his much needed services. A joke of an insurance company.
If I could give it zero I would.....this wanna-be health insurance is the worst!!! Denying payments for my son's annual doctor's visits, labs and vaccines. They are horrible!!
This placed scheduled me for an interview with me at 2pm it is 3:34 pm and no one has logged in to interview me. After seeing these reviews I lost an hour and a half of my time but thank you for these reviews because I don’t want to tampered my career with a job like this.
