MVP quietly disenrolled my mom (no call, no letter) right after we told them we were getting a lawyer. We only found out when she was turned away at her neurologist. Without any notice to us, MVP Health Plan quietly requested the disenrollment of my elderly mother with dementia from her Medicaid managed care plan. No phone call. No letter. No warning. Horrible I’m receiving many denial letters.
I wish I could give MVP 0 stars. They denied my disabled brother of his much needed services. A joke of an insurance company.
If I could give it zero I would.....this wanna-be health insurance is the worst!!! Denying payments for my son's annual doctor's visits, labs and vaccines. They are horrible!!
