Started with MVMT Strength in July 2025. Hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made. Strength trained myself for 10+ years and was looking for a new challenge. The workouts (both strength only and strength + conditioning) are well thought out, focus on progressive overload and overall strength progression. The conditioning is top notch! I’ve been a member of MVMT since May of this year. I was in a place where I was really wanting to show myself that I could show up for myself, push myself and prioritize moving my body. I was in a mental slump with it and it felt really hard to do it independently on my own in this season. I’m so happy with my decision to move to MVMT Strength, I only wish I’d done it sooner. I love the programming and have even embraced conditioning (mostly). I’ve never experienced the sense of community that this gym has and could never go to a gym without it. Everyone from the owners to the coaches to the other members are incredibly kind and encouraging. I’m grateful for the “hellos” when I walk in the check-ins and modifications for my injuries. This gym has become so important to me and I’m so glad I’m a part of it.
