Love their megaformer classes. Great for toning up and burning calories! All the instructors are great!
The hot power yoga is an amazing way to start the day. Meghan is wonderful.
I tried the bounce class on the mini-trampolines. They need a silver sneakers version for those of us over the age of 24. The girls were very nice. It's clean, the equipment is obviously top quality. The instructor was good and provided optional variations for those of us closer to the high school graduation year of our children rather than our own.
My husband and I were visiting New Orleans this past week and we stayed at an Airbnb near the new studio. We walked by and decided to go inside and get more information. The person working the front desk was very helpful and we signed up for our first Megaformer class for the following morning. This was our first Megaformer class. Our instructor was Brigette and she was fantastic. She demonstrated each move, was patient with us and very encouraging. Needless to say, we were very sore the next day!
