Ryan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and “met me where I was at” in my journey. Turns out I was worse than I even knew at the time. He got me back on my feet and able to enjoy life again. After the 3 month program, I walked a 9 mile day. Couldn’t have done it without the encouragement. 10 out of 10 would recommend Movement Gym for recovery and rehabilitation.
We had my son’s birthday party here, Will and his team were awesome, very high energy, kids were amped and the blaster battle was way too fun, I even jumped in and went a few rounds, the kids didn’t want to leave. 10/10 best bday party you can get organized around if you ask me!
