Amazing experience! I’m a division 1 athlete and I had to travel last minute for family reasons to Boise and I fell to the trap of 24/7 on a couple community gyms that ended up being only 24/7 for members only. I needed a concept 2 rowing machine which I saw in one of their photos. I called at 7:10 am sitting outside the gym I originally planned to use and he picked up saying I could come use the rowing machine for free. Did a group workout here and it was amazing! Kodi was an awesome coach and even was able to help adjust workouts with my shoulder injury! Highly recommend for any fitness level
