MVM installed a metal roof on a 1960 ranch in 2019. Over these 3-4 years, the roof has been durable, no leaks, or other problems. Marvin is respectful and his employees are competent. They cut each piece of metal by hand. This is not a cheap tin roof. Highly recommend this company for renovation and rental projects. Might be a bit of an upfront cost over composite - but with all the hail Houston gets, it is worth it. Not having to replace a roof every few years is way less expensive.
