My personal experience with MVM was horrible.
Apparently these guys don't know how to read. Lost internet while in a work meeting because they hit the lines. Neighbor is a retired contractor and was able to look up the 811 info and could see that our ISP said not to dig, due to another contractor working in the area and had stuff in the way, which was true. No idea why they would just go ahead and dig, but I'd suggest you go with someone else if you need work done.
