Highly recommend Maico and his crew at MVK Construction. Maico is extremely personable and responsive. He provided a fair and transparent estimate, and started the work right away. He listened to what I needed and hoped for and took time to explain his recommendations for my project (brick repointing/tucking, power washing and painting the exterior of my home). His crew was professional and hard working. My house is now not only visually appealing, but also in better shape. Thank you Maico and team!
We have worked with MVK Construction on several projects large and small over the past couple of years. The latest was a complete kitchen and dining room renovation. This is the 2nd time we worked with Maico on renovation. He went above and beyond with my kitchen renovation. There was several issues with old house but all had been addressed and updated. From the start of the process to the finish, it went very smoothly. I was also impressed with the professionalism of Maico and his team. I look forward to working with MVK Construction again in the future.
Maico was awesome to work with. Incredibly competent, responsive, and professional. We needed some ceiling repair work, and Maico showed up and was able to provide written quote within a day. He also was able to get to work within the week which worked out great for our schedule! We are very satisfied with the work so we definitely recommend Maico and his company.
