Went to get a U-Haul from this location through the app, wouldn’t work so I called U-Haul. U-Haul tells me it’s that the truckshare app wasn’t done correctly. So the only employee there, had no clue and no information about anything so he told me to call the owner. I explain to the owner what’s going on, and he tells me nah, it’s not him who is doing anything wrong.. that it must be my phone . Rented a U-Haul from this place and was overcharged with a Fuel service fee and a fuel charge. I provided them with pictures of the mileage and the gas before I left and provided pictures after the van was returned to show the final mileage and the gas the it was put to leave it at the same level that it was received with. They did not care and proceded to charge me no matter what. When confronted they requested to send the pictures and receipts. After doing so, I never heard from them.
