Went to get a U-Haul from this location through the app, wouldn’t work so I called U-Haul. U-Haul tells me it’s that the truckshare app wasn’t done correctly. So the only employee there, had no clue and no information about anything so he told me to call the owner. I explain to the owner what’s going on, and he tells me nah, it’s not him who is doing anything wrong.. that it must be my phone .
